Viviane Le Courtois’ new exhibit, Edible?, proposes social action through an art installation that opened at BMOCAon February 23, and runs through June 16. Here, Viviane talks with AdobeAirstreamRadio about food-based art as performance, as commentary, and as a goad to making people think about the way we live now. BMOCA executive director David Dadone reflects on turning the viewer from passive to active participant in conversations that contemporary art inspires, around values, diversity, and getting moving – quite literally.
