About the Author

A composer, singer/songwriter, and multimedia artist Donald made his musical debut at age 25, scoring George A. Romero's cult classic film Martin, a score that was named one of the "Top 100 Coolest Soundtracks of All Time" by Mojo magazine in 2002. Since then he has released 22 CDs, ranging from jazz to Americana-influenced rock to contemporary experimental; scored several feature films and written main title themes for two television series; performed and recorded with numerous world-renowned jazz and country artists. His multi-media work has appeared in The Museum of Modern Art and Whitney Museum of American Art, as well as in gallery shows around the country.
